Sriracha Deviled Eggs with Bacon

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (can substitute greek yogurt)
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 4 slices thick cut bacon
  • 1 tsp Trader Joe's Chili Lime seasoning


  1. Hard boil your eggs. Can be hard boiled in a medium sized pot on the stove by covering the eggs by 1 inch with water, then bringing the water to a boil. After the water is boiling, turn off heat and cover. Let sit for 12 minutes before placing in an ice bath for 5 minutes. 

    If using the Instant Pot: add 1 cup of water to the instant pot with the eggs. Cook on manual high pressure for 5 minutes. Do a natural release for 5 minutes, then a quick release. Add to an ice bath for 5 minutes before peeling. 

  2. Peel then slice the eggs in half. Scoop the yolks into a bowl. 

  3. Add the mayonnaise and sriracha and mix until well blended and creamy. 

  4. Add 1 tbsp of the filling to each hard boiled egg half and top with bacon.
